i was watching tv just now and i saw this 'relay for life' ad in conjunction of national cancer society of malaysia (NCSM). the relay marathon, which will be held in msn training center, bukit jalil on the may31st will start from 4pm to 10am the next morning. (16hours of non-stop relay) joining fee is only RM10 per person. anyone interested in joining me? closing date is 23rd of may. and i only just got the reg form 10minutes ago.

so come, if you're interested. and if you couldnt make the time to register before the 23rd, you can always go to the event itself and register! (before 4pm) you'll get a 'relay for life' t-shirt and an ID wrist band. which is totally cool. you know what'll be cooler than that? if you can get some donations for the NCSM!

one small step could lead up to massive changes. so why not start today?
